Lean Phase 8 Presentation

On April 29, 2025, Krungdhep Document Co., Ltd. organized a Presentation event for the Lean Phase 8 Project. The objective was to exchange knowledge, concepts, and results of the internal process improvement initiative. Topics presented included 7S, Suggestion, CS-RSSQL education program, CS-invoice process, CI VAS, CI WH, CI FF, CI LOG, and next project discussion for CI P9_Q2_2025.

This activity marks another important step in the continuous development of the organization, with excellent cooperation from all teams. On this occasion, the company also hosted a lunch to express gratitude to all employees who dedicated their efforts to drive these projects toward concrete results.
